Findings

There is an avulsion of the tibial crest on the right side. The tibial crest is displaced proximally, and at least few small osseous fragments are superimposed with the fracture site. Concurrent SH II of the caudo-proximal aspect of the tibia is best noted on the lateral view. The remainder of the hindlimbs is within normal limits radiographically.

Diagnosis

Right tibial crest avulsion with small osseous fragments. Surgical consultation is recommended.
