Findings

Left lateral, right lateral, and ventrodorsal abdominal radiographs are available for review.

Both kidneys are severely diminished in size. The left kidney is smaller and has markedly lobular margins while the margins of the right kidney remain relatively smooth and rounded. There is extensive mineralization of the renal diverticula bilaterally.

The stomach and small intestines contain a minimal amount of gas. The colon contains gas and a small volume of poorly-formed stool.

The serosal detail, liver, spleen, retroperitoneal space, and urinary bladder are normal. The imaged skeletal structures are unremarkable.
