History
11 year old yorkshire terrier. Left hindlimb lameness. 3-4 months history

Findings
Lateral and caudocranial radiographs of each crus are available for review.
The findings are similar bilaterally.
The proximal tibias are displaced cranial to the femoral condyles (tibial thrust). There is smooth bone proliferation and remodeling resulting in caudal elongation of the tibial plateaux bilaterally. The trochlear grooves are shallow and both patellas are displaced medially. There is mild intracapsular soft tissue swelling and periarticular new bone formation associated with the stifles.
Both proximal tibia are rotated internally. There are numerous osseous bodies associated with the lateral fabellas.
Diagnosis
The findings are consistent with chronic cranial cruciate ligament rupture, medial patellar luxation, multipartite lateral fabellae, and mild stifle degenerative joint disease bilaterally.
