Findings

Orthogonal radiographs of the right tarsus are available for interpretation.

On the medial trochlear ridge of the talus, there is a well-defined radiolucent fragment. Associated with that defect there are at least two osseous fragments, a larger one and a smaller one. There is mild sclerosis surrounding the defect in the talus.

The distal tibia facing this area is within normal limits. There is mild remodeling of the medial aspect of the talus.

Diagnosis

Changes most consistent with OCD of the medial trochlear ridge of the talus with mild osseous remodeling.
