There is moderate, diffuse osteopenia. There are numerous chronic malunion fractures of the long bones, including the right humerus and radius and left humerus, femur, tibia and fibula, and of the majority of the ribs bilaterally. There is moderate to severe curvature of the proximal diaphyses of the right and left radius and ulna. There is severe bowing of the right ulna at the mid-diaphysis. There is the impression of widening of the epiphysis of the majority of the long bones. The T16 vertebra is shortened compared to the adjacent vertebrae, and there is mild angulation of the caudal aspect of the T15 vertebral body with respect to the cranial aspect of T16.
