7 month old domestic duck (Mallard). 3-5 day history of lethargy, ataxia, weakness, green feces

Findings
Orthogonal radiographs of the whole body are available for interpretation.
There is a chronic malunion of the right humerus at the level of the mid diaphysis. The humerus is severely misaligned.
Within the mid-celomic cavity, most likely within the ventriculus there is a very large amount of metal opaque structures. Some of those structures are disc shaped, some are U-shaped and some are shaped like screws/nails. The remainder of the celomic cavity is considered to be within normal limits considering the reproductive status of the patient.
Diagnosis
Large amount of metallic foreign bodies within the lumen of what is most likely the ventriculus. Some of those foreign bodies have the potential to penetrate the wall of the GI tract. There is currently no definitive evidence of free gas in the celom.
Chronic malunion of the right humerus.
Based on the reported history, metal toxicity is likely.

The patient underwent surgery after having received chelation therapy. This was removed:
