Findings

Right lateral and VD views of the body were obtained.

Large amount of intra-abdominal adipose tissue is present. The abdominal serosal detail is within normal limits.

There is a large amount of mineral opaque material within the dependent portion of the urinary bladder. There is no visible cystoliths. A small amount of mineral opaque material is superimposed with the perineal area.

The remaining abdominal and musculoskeletal structures are within normal limits.

Diagnosis

Large amount of mineral opaque sediment in the urinary bladder secondary to normal excess calcium excretion through renal filtration. The mineral opaque material superimposes with perineal area could represent sediment in the urethra or dystrophic mineralization.
