Findings
There are two large mineralized fetuses in the abdominal cavity. The most caudal one is in a posterior presentation, with the hindlimbs and pelvis engaged in the maternal pelvic canal. There is currently no evidence of fetal death. The mammary parenchyma is enlarged consistent with the stage of pregnancy.
Diagnosis
Dystocia secondary to posterior presentation. In this case there is bilateral coxofemoral flexion, if there would have been bilateral coxofemoral extension , then the fetus may have passed or been delivered with some assistance. (Thanks Dr Wilborn)
