History

1.5 year old female German Shepperd, history of coughing, thin body condition score overall

Findings

There is a large single well-defined soft tissue mass superimposed with he caudal aspect of the esophagus. The esophagus in the cranial thorax is gas distended. Most appreciated on the lateral projection, there is an alveolar pattern superimposed with the caudal aspect of the left cranial lung lobe.

Diagnosis

Gastro-esophageal intussuception and associated aspiration pneumonia.
