Findings

A single radiograph of the abdomen is available for interpretation. In the mid-abdomen there is a large single well-defined soft tissue mass. The periphery of the mass is partially mineralized. The mass displaces cranially and dorsally the gastro intestinal tract, the colon is displaced dorsally and caudally. The urinary bladder is small and compressed caudally. There is a moderate amount of mineralized material within the lumen of the colon, as well metallic opacities.

Diagnosis

Paraprostatic cyst.
