10 Yo male Rottweiler with an history of histiocytic sarcoma and scrotal melanoma. Now coughing

Findings

There is a soft tissue mass seen dorsal to the cardiac silhouette, causing compression to the caudal aspect of the trachea, tracheal bifurcation and the cardiac silhouette measuring about 9cm. There is gas present within the esophageal lumen immediately cranial to this mass. Multiple osteomas are present throughout the parenchyma. Incidental degenerative changes within the spine are noted.

Diagnosis

Tracheobronchial lymphadenopathy as described. Based on the patient's history primary consideration is given for a neoplastic process.
