Findings

Diffusely the pulmonary vasculature is small in diameter resulting in an overall radiolucent pulmonary parenchyma. There is enlargement of the right ventricle and right atrium with shifting of the cardiac apex towards the left side. The main pulmonary artery is enlarged on both the lateral and VD projection.

Diagnosis

These findings are most consistent with pulmonary stenosis. This was confirmed an echocardiogram.
